    A Desk Clock

This is my first clock in quite a few years. It's done from one of the burl slabs I scored last week. To give you an indication of size the clock insert is 50 mm dia.
I finished it with a coat of sanding sealer and sprayed it with Minwax gloss poly.

      Dick,

That is very nice. How thick is the burl blank?

That blank is 1 1/4" thick. In that assortment that I picked up they range from 1" to 3 1/2".

Very nice Dick, looks like you are putting that score to good use.

That is NICE, Dick. You couldn't ask for a better clock for a wood worker.
