    Nice pic Rod.

I know you have heard this a million times but it would be nice to see an occasional scratch or spec of sawdust on your stuff

If you enlarge the pic you can see 6 "specs" I should have cleaned up before I took it

I'm working on one, but the stumbling block for me seems to be gettng accuratly sized runners for the Dual Slot Miter Table. How did you make yours?

The slots are pretty much dead on 3/4" (at least mine are). I found a piece of walnut stock that was just a tad (very technical measuring term ) over size and wouldn't quite fit, planed/sanded to get a tight fit in the slots and then ripped 2 x 3/8" strips. You want them to start pretty tight with zero slop. Once you apply wax and they start being used they will run pretty smoothly.

Its possible you are starting with somthing that is nominally 3/4 but may in fact be undersized.

If you are having a different problem let me know.

I also want to make a miter sled but realized I have enough room on this one to make a fence adaptation that will let me cut up to 18" on the left and any size on the right as the 45 degree angle will clear the right side of the fence.
