    Another cat condo, father/daughter project

My youngest daughter and I built her a cat condo for her moms house a few weeks ago.

Last Friday she said she wanted to build one for my house because she thought my cats were deprived....yeah right. She came over Saturday and we started building this one and finished it up last night after school. I currently have two older cats and 4 kittens, we are keeping two of the kittens and the other two will have new homes next week.

Looks like your efforts were approved of. The kitten likes he/she is giving you a "hi-5" for your efforts.

You should probably just gut out an abandoned apartment complex...

I probably should build something for Dusty, the shop kitten. He's picks the weirdest places to sleep... first place was a cardboard box full of newspaper packing from a part I'd just got in. Then when the box got discarded, he opted for a wood 'box' (two open ends) that was sitting in a corner with an old towel in it. Completely ignores the comfy recliner chair, or other better options.

Thing is, I know if I build him something... he'll never use it. Cats never do like my 'projects' for them, it seems.
All right, breaks over. Back on your heads!

That's certainly a lot of carpet. Nothing like working with your children in the shop.
