okay I think I'm done turning samples

Seems like all I've done for the last month is turn samples so that I could take pics of all the types of wood I have available (have a look at the site if you're interested, I think I have something over 60 types pictured now) Of course I also have to take some pics of pieces I have for flatwork.

But I was tired of turning the other daya dn had a cigar pen I made a while back that needed some adjusting. The lower barrel was too long so the refill would only just peak out. So I took it apart and sanded the barrle downa bit and put it back together. I may have to tweak a bit more but here's what she looks like.

Good looking pen. Just got back from wood craft with couple of cigar, Plat. and Blk Ti. Since I bought so many kits on you Groupe buy. I am not looking for Blanks will take a look at you site to see what you have. What would you recomend for those kits.

Tom, I don't really sell the blanks. I'm just posting pics so people can use it as a reference of what's available (and I don't have anywhere near everything available). But I'll point you in the right directions to buy them, if I remember where I got them.

A nice way of getting some unusual blanks is to trade for them over on IAP. About half of what I have came from trades.

As far as what goes with what? Everything goes with Platinum (or chrome), Most things look good with Black Ti to me also. The only color I have problems placing blanks with is Gold Ti.

I know you don't sell them but they are sure nice to look at. I will have to go over to the the Pen tuners site and see what is available. Might look into the groupe by of African Pen blanks that is going on.
