    Recently finished projects Basement Remodel

I don't post a lot of finished projects but some recently requested it so here is a basement I recently remodeled Basically started with an empty 60 ft by 35ft room I did all framing, hung the drywall, did the electrical, did the ceiling and hung the trim that is already done. The homeowner wants to finish whats left later when the weather is bad again.

here is what I started with

I've done remodels but never one that was that extensive. I assume you're patting yourself on the back for a job well done.

Good work! Why would they want an 8' wide hallway or is it 8' long? Did I miss something?

No the hallway is 8 ft wide they wanted it that way so the support posts wouldn't be out in the middle of the rooms they enclosed.

Don't ask me why this mattered I just did what they wanted with some influence along the way

Nicely done. I like the stone/brick type floor tile you used. Wish I had a basement of my own to remodel.

                            Nice job, Phil.
I noticed you installed a suspended T-bar ceiling. How much clearance below the joists did you have to leave?
