    Cub Scout arrow of light

Awhile back I posted about my first attempt at inlay
    http://www.bt3central.com/showthread...ighlight=inlay
I made these plaques for some custom arrows that I ordered from here
    http://www.gilanet.com/amerabo/light.htm
I just got the arrows and decided to post a few pics of them and the plaques
I would recommend this guy to any other scouter, as his work is absolutley beautiful.
I have nothing to gain by advertising this guy, but as a woodworker I have grown to appreicate other forms of craftsmanship[IMG][/IMG]

Cool! I expect Mark to comment, since he's into scouting.

Wow, that inspires me to get a lathe before B&G next year. Wonder if SWMBO would let me. After all, a Cubmaster is supposed to "Do your best" for all the Cubs.

I've been re-elected as CubMaster for next year. I'm thinking one more year as CM, then I'll drop back and do Tiger Den in 2010-2011. If my math is correct, then I could do Webelos I & II while my younger son is in those dens.

The soon to be 9 year old will be in Web. I this fall. He's already told me he wants to make Eagle Scout. I hope he sticks with it, he is doing quite well. He made Bear before Christmas, without any help from me. Then again, Mom was his Den Leader and made sure he was keeping up.

There going to be some happy scouts when those are handed out. Well done!

Those guys will be proud to get that award. It looks top notch.

Any of you guys go overboard on pinewood derby like my son & I do? We are getting ready to build our own test track.

Very good looking, 182.. After a long stint at this hobby.. I have never learned to inlay and may never at this stage. Still trying to finish the bread-box I started in 1972.

              Nice indeed...

The arrow adds to the beauty. That is a nice award.
