Thanks Ric , One customer ordered ten houses . Three of these are part of that order and i still have seven more to build in the next few months . They weigh about 75 lbs each.
I also have four more orders on top of that and then a 2 day art show at the end of next month so i think i will be busy for a while . I guess that means a lot more pictures too.

                John,

Beautiful work, but there's something wrong with the pictures. The ground around the birdhouses appears to be white and kind of lumpy.

Just kidding, keep the pictures coming!

Out-standing and a real eye catcher. The only negative comment is you build the "Hilton Hotel" for the birds... and the poor dog has to lay in the snow in the back-ground..

Again.. out-standing as that about says it all...

Thank you Chris and SARGE . I have a shop but it has snow in it so i am building these in the house for now until it warms up . A few people have told me that the doghouse is lacking some style . If i build extreme doghouses then i might as well move in them myself .
The dogs house is still nicer then mine .lol

John since you are going to be building more and taking more pictures. Could you add a couple of what the inside looks like.

By the way, how is the Worlds Largest Bird House coming??

COOL! What kind of birds are attracted to them?

Thanks Charlie ,I get a lot of sparrows nesting in the large houses. I also get Purple Martins in the smaller houses. I make the holes larger for them.

                          Ric
That house is already done i just have to put it up then contact Guiness.
Here are a few pics of that one. I will get a lot more pictures as i build the next batch.

This house is 9 ft wide 98" high and has 103 apartments. It has 14 roofs , 32 dormers and a fly through tunnel . Last week i saw 5 or 6 birds fly through it all at once.

What are you using for roofing, John? It looks like common metal roofing but that can't be because the ridges wouldn't be that close together on the standard stuff. Inquiring minds...

It is regular barn steel. I like using it because of the low profile. The price is about $2.00 a ft.
