    Bathroom Countertop Cabinet

I built this to replace a smaller cabinet we've had for many years. I tried 'frosting' the glass on the door, and it came out OK.

Cabinet goes on countertop between two sinks in master bathroom, it could also be wall hung.

Very sharp, I like the look. Adding any lighting to the inside of it?

Oddly enough I'm planning on eventually making my kitchen cabinet doors that look a lot like your bathroom...

    ...I've suddenly lost my appetite.

Very nice! How did you frost the glass?

Krylon makes a spray specifically for 'frosting or etching' glass. I think it was just thinned down white paint (??). The glass was just plain 'float' glass that I had cut to the correct size at the local True Value hardware store.

I used a 1/4" 'rare earth' magnet to make the catch for the knob. Had never used these super strong magnets before. They are pretty neat, if you've never seen one before.

Yeah, I've pulled a few out of Western Digital drives lately. We have to do a 7 pass wipe on any drive we are getting rid of. However, a lot of the WD drives fail, so I can't wipe them easily. I take them home, dissaemble, pull the magnets and destroy the platters. Just destroyed a 250GB WD that way.

If you have kids, make sure they don't hurt themselves with these magnets. DAMHIKT!
