    Flame on!

Finally done on the inside! and it works!

I done it all my own self! the rock, the wiring, the flue plumbing and setting the stove. I'm proud and happy!

Looking good. I can almost feel the heat.

Nice work...you should be proud! (...especially if you made the storage unit around the TV!)
Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.

Wish i could take credit for that, too... but Sam's sold that unit to me for ~$500.00 made overseas... but oak and not too shabby. I did hand make the balustrade in the foreground though and am also quite proud of it.

Since you have all that experience, SWMBO wants a fireplace. I have a comfy guest room you can stay in!

At first I thought that it was a peek into a miniature or a doll house.
                        Stove looks nice though!
Just think of something witty and pretend you saw it here.

Wow, that is nice! You placed that chair just right so you can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and read the paper on cold morning. That, my friend, is a job to be VERY proud of.

Thanks to everyone for your nice comments.

Of course, taking pictures at 30' away makes some things look better than they are. But I am satisfied, LOML is satisfied.
