    **** that's some nice wood

Two fresh pens. and the pics do them absolutely no justice. I wish I had better kits for the.

First is a Red Mallee Burl Sierra (from Assuieland)
Second is a Ancient Kauri Sierra (40-50k yo wood from New Zeland)

I did one other that I will take apart and refinish tomorrow as I'm not happy with it. And I started a Russian Olive Burl but had a mishap. It will be salvaged tomorrow.

      Here are the others

African Blackwood on a Titanium Gold Cigar

Irish Bog Oak on a Platinum Euro

Red Mallee Burl Set (Sierra and Cigar, Hers and His)

Russian Olive Burl with Irish Bog Oak Segments Sierra (this is my salvage)

Curly Koa Euro Cartidge Pen (another salvage, I didn't like the lower plank) Picture needs work.

Also did two Sierra Irish Bog Oaks and the Kauri pen above.

Is the wood under the pens the Red Mallee Burl?

BTW, I like the pens. I definately don't need to get into that!

Great looking pens! If you are like me, you will keep half of them around to use for different days according to what you were doing, and to show off!

Nope, that's a Manzanita Root Burl from Woodcraft.

It's some pretty wood too, I have a couple pieces of the Red Mallee Burl that include the exterior to make stands out of. I'll finish one and show you what that looks like.

So, give us an idea of what you charge for your beautiful art. Like Jeff, it's not another avenue that I need to get into. At least, not yet.

                    heheheheh

The first two are $60 each due to the platings and the others are all $40 each (chrome).

Had one of the girls from the train request three more pens today and I have a feeling that several of these won't make it home with me.
