    Pen Set

Since I saw that BigguyZ been making pens I thought I'd post a set I made for an associate of mine. She's going to give the set to her daughter for a graduation present.

I made pens for the 4 secretaries that work in the office above me for Christmas. Out of those gifts I've sold 4 pens so far.

The box I bought from PSI. I also have started to include cards that have a little bit of information on the wood (purple heart in this case) that also has my email address on it.

Beautiful pens. Ever think of engraving their initials when giving as a gift? You could use a Dremel tool. I also like the product card.

It was the only picture I had online of them.

I used slimlines that I bought from PSI and used a superglue finish on them.

I had thought about doing initials or something on them. MIL does pyrography thought maybe she would have better control on the small pens than a dremel tool would. I also thought about taking it to an engraver and having them use their laser engraver on it. Of course that would add to the cost of the pen.

When you talk about engraving, do you mean the top of the cap, the slip, or the wood barrel itself?

I'd do the top of the pen opposite of the pocket clip.
