    Glass table - finished

    Good day

So, we finished the glass table.

On the white cardboard, my wife arranged here dried flowers that she picked-up on the Gilboah Mountain in Israel and we just put the 1/4" glass on top.

As you know from the bible, Jonathan was killed on the Gilboah and David (at that time still not a king), cursed the mountain "No more rain and no more due on you" (simple translation from Hebrew), but, it looks like something is still growing there.

    Regards

Well done, nika.. What type of wood is that and did you build the carved (looks like a high-back stool as the picture is kinda dark on my computer) sitting beside the table? If so.. ya get an extra star for the carving!

      Regards...

        Thank you

The table base is of Lauan and the top is Oak but they are stained with the same stain and it fits somehow (you can see the WIP one post before).

I would like to have the extra star but I did not (and cannot) make the stool and the mask, they are present from the son after his trip to Africa.

Great work as always, Niki. I also enjoyed the WIP thread, as I do your other "mini-tutorials".
