    Corner sink cabinet face frame

This is a built in project for my parent's house, and this is the last that I'll see of it for quite a while. It's a cabinet for under a sink, but a built in, so there's essentially just a face frame, a bottom plate (cut on site), and it attaches to the walls.

I will be making 2 doors for it, lacewood veneered, but that's next week. I go to install this portion tomorrow. It was an interesting one to build due to the 2 45 degree angles in the frame....let me know how you think it came out.

And here's the secret, pocket screws. I built a jig to hold the angle in place while I drove the screws for the 45's.

That came out good, Keith. I did an angled face on my bathroom cabinets. Real pain to clamp for glue.

Nice job Keith. How did the pocket screws do for drawing the pieces up? Like Pappy said, trying to clamp angled pieces will cause you to question your religious beliefs!

Hope you will be adding a "post-install" picture too.

It came out great. Those are tough to clamp. That type of procedure makes having an air pin nailer or stapler, worthwhile.

Very nice. I'd like to see it after it is installed too. What is the finish gonna be? Will that happen onsite?
