    pen and pencil sets

Finished in time for christmas, all 7mm. A bunch of firsts, fun turning though. Making these in batches is fairly efficient. Most of them are curly maple from some left over from other projects. There is an "oak" set, one red the other Wenge (it's in the family). The one is 1/2 walnut. The boxes are from Rockler, and are walnut or maple.

There are things that I will never understand how the are made, this is one of them.

They are so beautiful that I would be sure that they are made in a factory with computer controlled machines.

            Very, very nice

The pens are very nice, good work. The gift boxes make them even better. Too bad I was to cheap to buy boxes, I'll have to rethink that for next year.
