    couple recent projects

    my wife was having bunco night for the ladies at our house so she told me we needed a bar. then with the upcoming baby we needed a new dresser for the two year old as we needed the changing table for the baby. thanks for looking at the pics

    So which one is which?

    Looks great!! Is that Gloss Poly on the bar top, or glass?? What type of wood did you use on the bar?

      the wood for the bar is oak and it has envirotex on the top it is like an 1/8 inch thick. the dresser is painted mdf

            What? No beer tap? Great job on the bar.

            The young-un looks thrilled at having to pose for the pic. If you haven't already thought of it, suggest you make him a stool to reach the top drawers. Kids being kids, he will use the bottom drawers as steps for the top. Accident in the waiting!

                  for the top it is only one coat of envirotex. like a pour on epoxy. thanks for the idea pappy, he is a climber already. thanks for the nice comments
