Hi guys,
I had a Walmart entertainment center that was destroyed during my move, and decided to apply the insurance money to wood. Here is my try at the first part of the entertainment center...I hope to make a pair of matching towers to hold the A/V equipment, and a shelf that bridges the two towers.
It is birch ply framed with poplar. The finished is minwax sedona red and wipe-on poly. Nothing real fancy here, but I used a coping jig and made a new router fence for this project and had a much better time with the doors than on previous projects. The shelves inside are knock-down shelves, and the box is put together with pocket-holes.
Thanks for looking,
