    Newbie's Mobile Workbench

    My first "real" project.

    Plans from WoodPlansOnline.com - Drop-Leaf Mobile Workbench

Found 2 or 3 mistakes in the plans (I was warned there are always some mistakes in any plans you get).

It really helped to get that cheap HF Drill Press for $30......

Looks good. You'll get a lot of use out of it.

Very cool! Reminds me of a mobile kitchen island I saw at Linens 'n' Things years ago. How did you build the top and wings?

That really is very nice. I like it. What a great design.

I wish I had that and could haul it down to this other house I'm working on. Trying to get a rental house ready for my inlaws and man it'd be great to have that set up there to work on. Working on a garage floor with sawhorses just isn't the same as being in your own shop.

        Good job.

Yep, I'd say that baby's gonna get a lot of use.

              Nice job.

Nice! Looks highly useful whether all set up, or folded down, or somewhere in-between.

Easily the most under-rated piece of WW equipment. Luckily, I suck so bad at drilling straight holes, that I bought mine early on.

                Regards,

Top and wings are 3/4" birch plywood - 2 layers. Coated with Urethane.

Funny thing, the two layers result in a 1.5" top and the instructions tell you to drill 2 1/4" deep dog holes......
