Chimney Cupboard/Display Case

i've just finished the chimney cupboard i've been working on. this project was featured on the cover of the Feb/Mar. issue of Wood Magazine. i changed the plans to put 3 glass panels in the door of the cupboard instead of the wood panels. this way it can be used as a display case(i.e. trophy case) as well. here's a few pics of the cupboard:

Nice. The way you built the legss is better looking than the legs in the mag, IMHO. Have you considered using glass for the shelf, and putting some lights in the top, to add some light to the inside?
