    Wait, I think I got it . . . . 27" tall, 18" wide and 3.5" deep (ie from front of frame to back of frame). The 3.5" refers to the depth of each board, not thickness (I think).

      I meant depth, you're right.
      But looking at your rack with all those clamps thats pretty awesome for 3/4" poplar weight bearing.
