    SWMBO's Easter present

Last night while watching tv with my wife she said she would like to have a new cabinet for her bathroom to replace the cheap Sauder cabinet that she currently has. She uses the cabinet to house a CD player, CD's, wash cloths and bath lotions. So since I had a half a day of vacation today, and she is not going to be home until late I decided to stop and get a piece of oak plywood and see what I could do before tomorrow. This is the result of an afternoon in the garage with no interuptions. She is going shopping with her mom on Saturday so I will finish it and apply the back of the cabinet and hopefully the Easter bunny will get a nice big smile on Sunday morning.

Ouch! I learned the hard way... NEVER let LOML discover just how fast things can really get done! You'll never be able to use "the process takes time..." as an excuse again!

            Nice work, by the way.

Very nice. But in ONE afternoon? WOW! It'd take me an afternoon just dithering over the design!

Of course you realize that now she's going to expect every project to go that fast

I agree, nicely done, especially in the time. I could work full time on replacing all of my friend's Sauder furniture.

way to go "norm"...i just hear him saying "we should easily be able to finish this project tomorrow"

i thought two day projects were right in there with dragons, fairy princesses and the like.

                          Sweet job.
