    John,

Give us more details of your "plans" you've made. It's a beautiful jewelry box and something I'd love to make for my wife.

Unfortunately my plans are just rough sketches on graph paper with measurements, nothing fancy. I keep saying I need to learn how to use a CAD program but just never have bought one. Whenever I see a design feature that catches my attention I sketch it then latter I work up the cut sizes and rough plans incorporating it into other ideas. I have made some jewelry boxes that had doors with spindles with hooks for hanging necklaces, one that had dovetailed racks with hooks that pulled out. Several very small ones for my grand daughter and some very simple mens boxes.

Many of the others were on the old board, I think we lost those when the software was changed so here are some links to some photos

Whew! That is impressive! Plus you must have a lot of jewlery!

Hey about you CAD statement. You might want to check out CADSTD Lite. It is 100% free (the full version is $25) and is amazingly simple to use. I've seen some fancy (and tried to use) CAD software but CADSTD is very fast and easy to learn. Worth a quick download and try at any rate! Nothing to lose!

            Again great work!
Click. . . Hey, turn the lights back on! I'm still down here!
