FYI,
there are two sets of slides listed on eBay for $16.95 or OBO +$5.95 shipping. It consists of 2 sets of both top and bottom slides - 8 of each slide. They are not OEM but as the top slide is generally not available this might be good insurance if you don’t have any backup slides.
