    Hello Everyone. Would like to replace some of the worn and broken plastic parts on my BT3100 such as the raising/lowering knob. Where is the best place to get replacements?

      M&D Mower and Sears Parts are the most reliable sources, I think. You can also get some parts from Ryobi.
