I'm planning on starting to build a mobile base this Spring, and I have already picked up a set of extension rails. I'm not going to use the full length, but I am planning on using more than half - about 23" to be exact. That will leave me an extra set approx 19" long. PM me if interested, I'll probably include most of the hardware too.
This is still quite a few weeks off, but the first thing I'll do is cut the rails down, so I thought I would put the word out.
The mobile base will be along the lines of the Wood Magazine design, but with a torsion box base like Ray Girling's.
