    bt3100

    bought a bt3100 in good shape but blade height adjustment seems hard to turn handle.replaced the four shims, polished the surfaces they ride on, and lubed all parts with crc dry graphite. seems harder now than when i started. I loosened the bolts holding the motor on,no help. anyone got any suggestions?

      clean the threads on the mechanism and lube it with graphite too.
