The answer to this is "probably." The Ryobi accessory Dual Miter Slot Table has straight 3/4" wide by 3/8" slots. That's the defacto standard size, but most contractor and cabinet saws have an inverted-T-shaped slot. Miter gauges, tenoning jigs, and the like that are made for such saws generally have washers (or some similar device) screwed to the underside of their bars that fit into the crossbar of the inverted "T", to hold them down. If these can be removed -- and in most cases, I think that'll be possible -- then a commercial jig will fit the Ryobi add-on slot.

Or you can, as suggested, make your own miter slot attachment and use a track that has the inverted-T configuration. This should allow pretty much any purchased guide or jig to slide right in, without modifications.

One thing Larry left out. Many have commented that with the miter slot add on they were not able to use the full range of adjustment of their after market tenoning jig. Some have taken the trouble to actually move the miter bar mount on the jig(requires drilling and tapping new holes) to place the miter bar where it needs to be to work with the MST. One other issue is repeated use might wear the slots in the MST out, but I think in a weekend only hobby shop it would take years of use for this to happen.
