Yet Another BT3100 Switch Failure

Hey Guys I just wanted to tell you all that My switch failed today. I read the topic On this page and found the phone number. I'm now waiting to see if I get a call back. I'm writing this to thank everyone for publishing the needed information to resolve this matter. I'll let you guys know if they send me a replacement switch.

How long ago did you do the call and email? Just wondering. I also sent him a private message thru this site. I hope he responds.

I e-mailed him, too, but it was only a few days ago (2/7.) I just assumed that he was out of the office, or on vacation. We'll probably hear from him this week.

It's been several months. When mine sticks again I'll clean it again and install a 30 amp. contactor. that way all the switch will have to handle is a few amps for it.

Well Guys as of 5 minuets ago my new replacement switch has been ordered thru Wayne Hill. He was very nice and worked to get me the replacement with no questions asked. If you are still having problems getting in touch with him call his cell phone number. It is on his voice mail message.

Wayne contacted me last week, and we had a delightful chat. The replacement switch for my BT3000 was delivered to my door the next day.
