Will the BT3000 rail work with the BT3100 rails?

Will the silver BT300 rails work with black the BT3100 rails. I found a deal on some sliver rails but have a BT3100 with black rails. Can the connect to my rails for more ripping capacity?

I know the rear rails are identical in every way but color.

The fronts are slightly different profiles, but the t-track cannals line up perfectly on both sets, so everything functions fine. I think the front of the rail (where the ruler is) is where the difference is.

If at first you don't succeed, deny you were trying in the first place.

I have a BT3000 extension kit on my BT3100. Works fine. No functional difference. There was no BT3100 extension kit when I got my BT3100. BT3100 front rails are a bit different profile but not where it attaches to the saw, extension table, or where the rip fence rides. Only the part where the ruler is different.
