    Moulding Knives

Has anyone ever used moulding knives on their BT3? Read an article in w/w mag that said it was a suitable way to go. Guess u'd have to make real shallow cuts, but am concerened that the setup might be more than the belt @ motor can handle. Any help? Thanks

    molding knives ?

Are you referring to moulding cutters for a tablesaw? I have a set that I bought from Sears, the set sells for $119.00 I think. they had them at displayed price of $79.00 so I grabbed them! I tried them on my BT3100
and they worked like a charm! No problems so far with them.
    My .02 cents worth...hope this helps........eezlock

      Moulding cutters/knives

Thanks for the info on table saw moulding knives. Having watched "His Normie-ness" use his moulding machine, which is over my head cost-wise; thought the table saw might be the way to go since I don't really cut that much moulding. Anyway thanks for the info, might just try it.
