A guy I work with came to me today and said he had a brand new BT3100 still in the box that he wished to get rid of in a cash or trade deal. He said he got the saw last fall for a remodeling project that never got started. Now he does not have the receipt to return it to the BORG where he bought it. I didn't want to part with the money at the moment so we made a deal for a shotgun that I have, that I no longer use. I used to hunt quite a bit when I was younger but family and other interests have taken me away from it. I take the gun tomorrow and bring the saw home with me after work. I know the gun is worth more than the saw but we both ended up getting something we both wanted. Looks like I will have a BT3000 for sale now or I may part it out and save the motor for a back-up.....decisions.
