    Attached are three photos of the front and rear rails of the Craftsman. I left the hold down clamp for the rear rail on the saw so you could see how it is set up. When in use it is placed under the accessory table and tightened.

      Thanks gp-clipper ! That's the same type of shot that Sam has.

      I went to check the articles section and Sam's article that reviews the BT3100 is not available (nor are any articles in the Misc section).

      He probably hasn't had a chance to fix that part yet.

        I also would be interested in knowing if the accessory table slots are already aligned to the blade. Not sure how you could test for it unless you measure from the face of the blade at the front when fully raised to a slot edge and then from the rear face of the blade to the slot edge. Guessing that would be a starting point. Anybody out there know of another way to see if the table slots are true to the blade?

          Yeah, that's the correct way to measure alignment. Nobody seems to think, though, that this accy table can be expected to provide reliable service as a miter table.

          Some day somebody will give it a try and let us all know!
