    Dubby

I don't know what happened to the Dubby thread, all of the posts say the same thing and are not part of anything ever posted.

Anyway I promised some photos of the Dubby mounted on the BT3100, so here they are.

      Dubby website

Check out the web site. It will give you all the info you need.

The short version. great for picture frames and any other project that
      uses multipal angles.

      Very accurate.

        Outfeed support for Dubby?

Looking at your photos of the Dubby on your saw, you have the saw set against an outfeed table or shelf. Is this necessary for the Dubby to work properly on the BT-3??? This is just what the demo guy said - to use the Dubby with our saw it is necessary to extend the saw table with an outfeed support or it will not work properly.

I think that the issue is on the infeed side as the area in front of the blade is narrower than on most saws. I don't think the outfeed support is as critical as the infeed.

Having said that, the only disavantage would be cutting large panels which I don't do.

            a great fixture

If you use the Dubby with the standard platform , you need to have an outfeed table to support it, unless you order one thats made specifically for the BT300, This is necessary because of the shallow depth of the table. Want to cut an angle...this is the way to do it.
