After reading this post http://www.bt3central.com/forum/topi...TOPIC_ID=29277 and having the same problem my self, I say that we all fill out the form if you have had a similar problem. https://www.cpsc.gov/incident.html We can have a recall issued, and possibly save some lives.

Been there done that. Hope everyone does the same. This is a problem that needs to be fixed.
