    Peachtree Woodworking sale

Some decent offerings coming out of Peachtree, this morning.

A related question ---- what is the maximum dado capacity for a BT3000?
For $44 ---- I find the dado tempting.

(found answer in Loring Chien's BT3 FAQ! ---- generally the 6" dado is considered the best)

Oh dear... I could definitely go wild on this sale. Just the Fein is a good place to start. Then there's the turning live center set, and the carbon fiber blanks (though the last thing I need now is more blanks)... Ugh, I need to get my shop organized so I can get working on these things.

The Fein is an outstanding deal--but I didn't have the budget. I did pick up 2 of the rare earth magnet sets--got a few things i'd like to try with those (not involving live animals or small children!!). Also got the pair of pull saws. Thinking about it now--Fein could be used to flush trim so I should maybe rethink that. Wish i'd won the Power Ball.
