For that kind of price, I'm almost willing to drive to Maryland.

It's unlikely to go for anywhere near the opening bid - and the auction is extended until there are no more bids for 5 minutes.

I thought about it, too, but the "immediate removal" requirement concerned me. Not sure how I could move all that equipment in a day, and would have to rent a storage unit to store it.

Don't be too surprised to see this go for less than a grand, you have 10 days to p/u your articles and 5 days to make payment, but then again I have seen stuff on here go for $2-300 and rarely does the 5 minute rule come into play. If your really interested then hang around and watch, you'll prolly be surprised at what it will go for.

Already up to $500, bet it will hit a grand in a few days, and still be a great deal IMHO

Don't forget the 6% tax and 9.5% buyers premium. If the equipment is in decent shape, still might be a good deal.

At least they don't have a reserve price on this one.

A couple of friends and I bid on a a lot of 3 workbenches from the same place.
The items were not exactly as advertized, but the property manager gave us a 4 as compensation. Quite if bit of stuff in this warehouse, like a box full of older Stanley hand planes. The property manager says a lot more stuff will be
put up in the near future since they need the space.
