At $19.99 that would be a good price. I have a set of the pre-Irwin Marples chisels that were made in Sheffield. They are now made in China, not neccessarily a bad thing, just not as good as the true Marples chisels.

I've had this set for about five years now, but mine were made in Sheffield. I bought a Narex set a couple of years ago, so these are now my "beater" set. They hold an edge pretty well, and I'm not too concerned about ruining them. Very good chisels for the price.
I have another no-name four chisel set that is my "loaner/high school student" set.
I have a set from Sheffield... I like them a lot. I have a chinese Irwin set w/ case already to act as my home improvement/ beater set, so I'll pass (especially since they now show $30).
But for someone needing an extra set or an entry level set of chisels, they're nice.
