I believe you should be able to combine them - the 20 off 100 / 40 off 200 is through Amazon while the battery rebate is through Bosch directly.

Used this recently to upgrade my cordless drill / impact set. Bought the CLPK232-181 and sold my old set and the rebate batteries - netted the new Bosch set for about $50.
