Discovered over the weekend that Home Depot's in Indiana were stocking the 4512, priced at 499.

Web continues to insist that the saw will be 549 and is not available anywhere in Indiana.

You and I in the same geography. I bought mine instore at $499 and the manager knocked 10% off.

for future reference, there are many HDs that accept the harbor freight "20% off any single item" coupons. that4512 is a good value @$500, but it's a really good avalue @ $400. just trying to help woodworkers stretch their woodworking dollars. also, the ridgid.com forum has several informative threads concering the set up of the 4512.
