Was a little disappointed with the "sale". Bought 10 casters for $14.39 each, got their catalog in the mail and for 6+ the price is $14.60 or something. E-mailed them about the order and they wouldn't give me an additional discount for buying 6+ casters.

Also seems that the prices increased on their website compared to their catalog so it appears as a "sale". That's my take from my recent purchase.

Over the years I've given my local Woodcraft store a lot of my money so I'm not slamming Woodcraft but their sale prices aren't what I'd consider real sale prices. In more cases than not, their sale prices end up being what other stores everyday day prices are.

I usually don't go out of my way to make one of their sales unless something is really discounted, which isn't all that often.

This Spring 2 Day sale (march 4th & 5th) wasn't too bad. Regretfully I didn't have any money to burn so I stayed away. Everything except the standard disclaimer stuff (Festool, Sawstop, Leigh, gift cards) was 10% off or more.

Woodcraft has an outlet which is very convenient to my location. However their prices are sky high, and their employees are much less than friendly. I only purchase items from them that I have to have right now, and can't wait for shipping.

I think that the unfriendly employees is really more of an individual store problem and not necessarily a Woodcraft problem. Every single employee that I've ever dealt with at my local Woodcraft has been friendly, helpful to a fault and most importantly knowledgeable.

I enjoy going to the store by me, the help there is pretty good. I think it really depends on the owner and how they run their store. I've only been to the one, but I've heard different stories from different stores.
