Hitachi TS Marked Down at Lowes

Just returned from Lowes and, while there, noticed a yellow Clearance sticker on the big Hitachi Table Saw. The sticker said the original price was $599 and the clearance price is $399. Considerable discount but I know very little about this saw.
(Model is C10Fl, I believe.)

FYI... saw the Hitachi TS at lowes today for $299... might want to check yours if you been wanting this saw.
