          It's only for continental US. Only place that gives free shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is Amazon.

                  It worked for me but is only through midnight Aug 4 if I understood correctly. Thanks Uncle Hook - was waiting to pull the trigger on the Nova Midi Chuck and this caused me to do it. (I ordered some bushings also to make up the other $5.01.)
