That's a fine saw - I had one for years and always liked using it - very powerful and smooth.
I'd say that'd be the best saw for the money, and as good as any Bosch, Makita or PC, aside from the lack of a blade brake.
Easy to do without a blade brake saw as long as you are not using it on a EZ rail system. Just make sure your guard works smoothly.

That's a killer deal on a really nice saw. I paid $99 for one a while back and thought that was a good deal. The adjustable handle is a nice feature, but it's best feature is a GREAT line of sight to the blade from the left.Jim
