The dewalt set comes with bits for impact drivers that can handle the increased torque (2000lbs I thought it said?) More bits doesn't always mean a better value.

I picked one up yesterday along with the husky screw driver set now on sale for $10.00.

You can never have enough screwdrivers, plus its price right for a great gift.

                B&D Set

I bought the B&D set which ARE bits for Impact Drivers.

The Impact Nut Driver selection was the motivating factor since it was the first set I had come across to offer so many nut drivers with the Impact Driver "Lock-In" taper notch feature-18 in all, while many other sets only offered 5 at most or without the lock-in feature (just straight shank which would just fall out of the impact driver.) Those with the notch in them are intended for the locking impact drivers. If they were meant only for drill chucks, the notch would be an unnecessary manufacturing expense because straight shank would suffice and be a cheaper-to-produce item.

                (Nutdrivers: 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 3/16", 7/32", 1/4", 9/32", 5/16", 11/32", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2")

the BD set at lowes has quite a bit more pieces but the dewalt is higher quality. I got a set yesterday. (dont forget 10percent movers)
drill bits are brad point type and TIN coated while BD bits are HSS
there are really only two very small nut drivers that could be used in a impact drill so rated torque is a little irrelevant on a 1/4'' nut.
what I really like is the case which has modular inserts that you can add to
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler
