I am only 20 miles from that store and pass through Hemet 4 to 5 times per week. I'll stop by and take a look. Don't need a TS but for that price, well who knows?

Sounds to my like another deal from sears that's too good to be true.
Grab a $20 worksharp while you are there.

That is a Sear's outlet store. They probably only have the one saw there and reading the disclaimer that states it is new, it is probably out of the box and is a customer return with slight cosmetic damage.
