Keep in mind that this appears to be missing the MM450 wood and drywall saw blade that you would get in the kit from Lowes or HD. That's about a $10 blade. making this slightly less of a good deal, especially if you have any sort of movers or $10 off $50 coupon from Lowes or HD.

Not a dealbreaker. Just something to think about. Does seem to come with 1 year of extra warranty though.
