My local Lowes had a clearance on these last year.

I've been looking for one of these for a while but none of the stores in Houston, TX have them in stock or seem to have ever had them. If anyone runs across an extra one at around this sale price I would gladly pay shipping if it wasn't cost prohibitive to get one due to distance.
