12 gal 6HP ridgid shop vac $29.99 at HD

I was in my local Borg yesterday and they had a stack of "SPecial purchase" ridgid 12gal 5HP shopvacs. IIRC the number is WD1278. It appears to be a no frills version of the WD1250 which is still at $79. As far as I could tell the main differences were - No drain plug and fewer accessory tools, the rest of the specs seemed identical.

Also 1-7/8" hose rather than 2-1/2" for the $79 one. Might not be a good fit for power tool dust collector connections.

Yeah, I was about to buy one, till I noticed the oddball hose diameter.

It will still take the nearly 2.5" hose though. The one that comes supplied immediately gets downsized, but the port seems to be normal.
