      Weird....
      I sold my BT3100 two years ago to a guy who lived in the Art Musuem area... May be the same saw.
      Every tool you own is broken, you just don't know it yet :-)

          its definitely not. i bought it 2 years ago brand new in CT and brought it with me to philly.
