Well, I took a new job this past September. About 3 weeks ago, the company announced that, according to Pennsylvania law, I could no longer be considered a salaried, exempt employee. Now I am an hourly, non-exempt employee. They had all affected empoloyees go back two years to figure out how much overtime the company owed them. I was able to justify two weeks worth of hours paid at time-and-a-half. Got my check today.
