    Makita 10.8V Compact Lithium-Ion 2-Pc. Combo Kit

Went to HD today and saw this combo on sale for $129, $50 off. They had a bunch. Don't know if it's at all stores, but sale is not on the website where the price is still $179.

They were in my branch last month for that price but I just checked recently and they're back to $179. Seems like a really good price.
I reject your reality and substitute my own.

Hopefully that deal will head East!

I read another post from CA where the price got this low...checked my local Pennsylvania stores...still $179 so I am glad to hear that it wasn't a "one time event."

Was considering the Ridgid 12v drill but would rather get this kit for 29 more bucks...hopefully someone will see it listed on sale in the mid-atlantic region!

        Yep!

I found with HD you have to physically visit the stores on a regular basis to check for store sales. I have missed quite a few in the past. I did luck out and score some Redwood a while back. I needed 2x2s for a couple of projects, got 6 footers for $.50 each, down from five or six bucks each.
